Fly ash from stove is an outcome that coal powder burn in power plant, and it has been used as a kind of mineral resources synthetically. It is an important path to exploitage synthetically to manufacture Haydite with Fly Ash.Fly ash haydite for environment engineering was prepared using fly ash blended with activation preparation by sintering craft. Fly ash can be recycled as new resource in this way. Compressible strength is one of important character of haydite as well as bibulous rate. Effects of heating rate, sintering temperature, time for heat preservation and content of fly ash were investigated. Results show that the main factor affected character of haydite consists of sintering temperature and content of fly ash. Under the conditions of 1150 ± 25 ℃, 90% fly ash, 30min for heat preservation, the density grade of the Fly ash Haydite is 900, and the compressible strength reaches 25MPa beyond 6.5MPa prescribed in GB2838-81, bibulous rate is 17% under 22% prescribed in GB2838-81.Fly ash haydite has great capabilities in Adsorption,and it is easy to regeneration to treating oily waste water. Results enunciate that the best time is 150 min, the best amount is 6g/L Under the normal temperature.
