Although the technique of aerobic biological treatment of wastewater on Tibet Plateau the place of which is famous for absolutely low temperature and particularly distinct temperature has been carried out, there is no idea about the thermal effect theory and the heat balance equation of the reactor. This paper studies the thermal effect of SBR reactor on Tibet Plateau.In this paper, Firstly the research situations about the microbial thermal effect, the heat transfer of bio-reactor and the solar radiation absorption of water body in the area are presented. Secondly, the paper introduces the weather feature of Tibet Plateau and the effect of wastewater biological treatment. Meanwhile, the traits of SBR reactor and brewery organic wastewater are analyzed. Thirdly, it concentrated on not only exploring the research formation and method of the microbial thermal effect but also the choice of the research method in this paper. Moreover, it studies the proceeding of brewery organic wastewater being decomposed by microbes and the chemistry equation of the microbial thermal effect. And the mathematical model of heat is derived which absolutely releases by the aerobic microorganism decomposition in the brewery organic wastewater. Furthermore, the heat dissipation of SBR reactor is studied and the mathematical model is gained. Additionally, it is researched that the water body absorbs solar radiation energy in SBR reactor and the mathematical model is built. Then, the heat balance equation of SBR reactor which treats brewery organic wastewater is obtained.Finally, the main organic compounds are tested in the organic wastewater of Lhasa brewery, and the heat of bio-chemical reaction is calculated. The parameters are confirmed in the mathematical model of the heat dissipation and the solar radiation energy which is absorbed by the water body. According to the heat balance equation of the SBR reactor treating brewery organic wastewater, the temperature of water body is figured out in SBR reactor of Lhasa brewery, which is compared with the measurement temperature.In a word, in the paper it shows that the bad weather of Tibet Plateau can efficiently be conquered by the means of using the wastewater's own temperature, the solar radiation energy and the heat emission of biochemical reaction.
