The output and consumption of coal in china is premier in the world,it accupy about 75 percent of internal primary energy. But the phenomenon of Coal spontaneous combustion is quite serious, it badly restricts safe production and development of high-productivity and high-efficiency mines, At the same time it brings huge resource waste, environment pollution, the loss of personnel and property.As one accessorial subject of the interrelated technology study on the fully mechanized LTCC overly long Faces,the article closely focuses on the practical instance of the the fully mechanized LTCC overly long Faces in the Xing Long Zhuang coalmine based on the reason of coal spontaneous combustion , and it studies on the Compositive Extinguishing Technique for Coal Spontaneous Combustion in the fully mechanized LTCC overly long Faces.Firstly, the infected factors of coal spontaneous combustion are analyzed, with the greatest experiment unit (loading coal of 15t) of coal spontaneous combustion. we mensurate the coal characteristic parameters of No 4 mining area in the Xing Long Zhuang coalmine, and find out the diversification rule of basic parameters in the whole proccess of coal spontaneous combustion.On the basis of the experiment,combined the actual data, we partition the three zones of the fully mechanized LTCC Overly long Faces in the No.1303 face in Xing Long coalmine, confirm its distribution rule and the coal spontaneous combustion zone. Based on the coal spontaneous character of The fully mechanized LTCC overly long Faces, we found the spontaneous combustion forecast system which is focused on inspect of the coal spontaneous gas and coal temperature, discuss technology to prevent coal spontaneous combustion which focuses on the prevention, combine the gel Fire preventing and extinguishing technique and Fire quickly preventing and extinguishing, study and apply completion of drill tool in a single stage, successfully solve the problem of drilling in the the loose coal, at the same time optimize the gases foam producing application and technics, to control large fire area. finally form the lash-up system of Fire preventing and extinguishing. Finally,during coal spontaneous combustion in the fully mechanized LTCC No.4324 overly long Faces in Xing Long Zhuang coalmine, the Fire preventing and extinguishing technology is applied successfully. It is important to remove quickly the spontaneous combustion fire and to resume the safe production of faces, the research of this article help to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion fire in some degree.
