In this paper , five kinds of diesel oil were selected in Xinjiang . The paraffin wax'saverage carbon atomicity and carbon distributing of them were determined by nuclearmagnetic resonance spectrum and gaseous phase chromarogram - mass spectrum ; AnC18-alkyl acrylate was prepared by two different methods---melting law and taking waterpharmaceutical law . The pluses and minuses of them were compared .The optimalsynthetic condition was determined by orthogonal design and error analysis ; A C14alkylacrylate – maleic anhydride copolymer was formatted aiming at Dushanzi 0# diesel oil .Five influence factors were discussed and the best craft of formatting was determined at thesame time ; On the foundation of the terms according to aforesaid two copolymer , anacrylic alkyl – maleic anhydride – styrene was prepared . The influence factors of therelative molecular weight (expressing with viscidity) of the polymer were discussed fromdifferent angles; A new-type high-efficient pour point depressant (PPD) MSVA wasdesigned and formatted aiming at Kalamayi 0# diesel oil . It's improving flow effect is verysatisfied to five kinds of selected diesel oil. In chapter two, the situation of the paraffin wax of five kinds of diesel oil wasanalyzed .The paraffin wax of five kinds of diesel oil was extracted by urea adduction. Theaverage carbon atomicity of the paraffin wax were determined and calculated by nuclearmagnetic resonance spectrum and formula NC=[3A(CH2)+2A(CH3)]/A(CH3)].The distributing of carbon number of paraffin wax in each diesel oil was measured bygaseous phase chromarogram - mass spectrum. The result was that the carbon numberdistributing of Tuha 0#, Tuha-10#diesel oil is particular . They have two pieces of moreobvious peak value. The data determined above offered the important basis for formattingpour point depressant . In chapter three , the formatting terms and synthetic method of acrylic alkyl werediscussed . It is an important monomer to synthesize pour point depressant .Acrylic alkylwas prepared by taking water pharmaceutical law and melting law. The experimental resultwas that the acrylic alkyl prepared by two methods can be used as polymerization monomer.Melting law avoided to use toxicity toluene , reaction time as 8h, yield as about 89%;Whilereact with water pharmaceutical, time is 4h and producing rate more than 93%.But it mustuse the toxicant toluene. So two kinds of methods have their pluses and minuses. In chapter four, a C14alkyl acrylate – maleic anhydrede copolymer was prepared asPPD aiming at Dushanzi0# diesel oil. Five mainly factors influencing CFPP were discussed.They were: alcohol carbon atomicity, monomer ratio, mass of initiator, polymerizationtemperature and polymerization time . The best make up of five factors was found and thedosage of PPD was discussed at the same time . When adding dosage as 0.6%, the ΔCFPPto Shiha0#, Dushanzi0#, Kelamayi0#, Tuha0#, Tuha-10# were 5℃, 4℃, 4℃,0℃,1℃ inorder. In chapter five, summarizing aforesaid two copolymer formatting terms, acrylicalkyl-maleic anhydride-styrene(AMS)was prepared aiming at Dushanzai0# diesel oilstill .The optimal synthetic condition was abtained by orthogonal design and erroranalysis .Using the flow improver to Shiha0#, Dushanzi0#, Kelamayi0#,Tuha0#, Tuha-10# ,ΔCFPP of them were 8℃, 5℃, 7℃, 3℃, 4℃.At the same time , the kind and mass ofinitiator and solvent impacted on relative molecular weight (viscidity) were discussed . In chapter six, a new-type high-efficient pour point depressant was designed andprepared aiming at Kelamayi0# diesel oil. It is acrylic alkyl – maleic anydride – styrene –vinyl acetate copolymer (MSVA). Regarding ΔCFPP as goal of investigating, ,the bestformatting terms was confirmed with orthogonal design and error analysis.
