More and more serious problem of pollution have made people known the importance of environmental protection and sustainable development.The strategy of pollution prevention and cleaner production has been formed, as a cosmopolitan party piece. In the keen competitive chemical markets, the emphases of sci-tech research have turned to the aspects of development of green and clean technology and environmental kindly catalysis system for the strict requirement of environment protection. In this phase, room temperature ionic liquids are taking into action as an important role.Room temperature ionic liquids are mainly referred to melted salts systems composed by organic cations, and inorganic anions that exhibit liquid-like behavior in room temperature or the temperature nearby. They are more recognized and accepted as neoteric environmentally benign solvents and catalysis with great application potential in electrochemistry, catalysis, organic synthesis and seperation.In comparition with the traditional volatile organic solvents now widely used, room temperature ionic liquids possess advantages such as wider liquids range,neglectable vapor pressure and react fast and easy seperation of products .The synthsis and characterizion of room temperature ionic liquids and the application of chloroalumnate room temperature ionic liquids on the technolygy of FCC gasoline olefins reduction were studied in this article based on many literatures.The synthsis and characterization of room temperature ionic liquidsThe synthsis method of a series of room temperature ionic liquids based on halogenated alkylimidazole and halogenated alkyl pyridine and trimethylamine hydrochloride (which can be bought in market) were discussed. At the same time, the systhesis method was optimized to prepare highly purified products with high yield and selectivity with less time as far as possible.On the bases of synthsis of halogenodialky imidazole: chlorinated 1-butyl-3-methy imidazole([BMIM]Cl) and halogenodialky pyridine: brominated butylpyridine(BPyBr),chloroalumnate room temperature ionic liquids composed of quaternary ammonium salts above-described and anhydrous AlCl3 and water-air stable room temperature ionic liquids such as [BMIM]BF4, [BMIM]PF6, [BMIM]NO3, and [EPy] NO3 were synthesized.Their properties such as density,viscosity,melted point and dissolubility were characterized.Acid catalysis reaction with raw material of C5 Purpose is for calculating the reaction network,the main reactions are alkylation,isomerization, aromatization, polymerization.The application of chloroalumnate room temperature ionic liquids on technology of FCC gasoline olefin reduction.Proceed the experiment that decline the olefin to the Jinzhou Petrochemical Company FCC gasoline making use of to synthesize of room temperature ionic liquids,the result shows that at room temperature,the molar ratio of anhydrous AlCl3 to quaternary ammonium ,the mass ratio of solvent to oil and reaction time were 2/1,10/100 and 1/2h repectively,the olefin content in FCC gasoline was reduced more than 30%.The catalysts could be used at least 5 times on the basis of keeping their activity.
