Study Of Welded Pipe Seam Quality Detection And Automatic Elimination Of Welded Pipe With Fault In Seam Systems

After the analysis and research on the detection system of slab welded pipe seam quality, this paper introduce the system of defecting welded pipe seam quality based on the eddy current crack detection and automatic elimination to welded pipe with fault in seam. The frequency of the eddy current crack detection is defined. The eddy currency crack detection instrument phase is choosed. The signal processing circuit is designed.The math mode is given out. A method of phase analysis and computer automatic phase movement is introduced. Phase - sensitive detector is adopted. Pure steel pipe weld defect signal is got by LPF. A math model of fixed-length truncation and non-fixed-length truncation elimination of defect welded pipe based on eddy current crack detection sensor is established; an automatic elimination system for defect steel pipe based on SCM is designed.
