| The research idea of improving the compatibility of resin/ground rubber tire by adding a special kind polymer compatibilizer of thermoplastic elastomer was brought forward in this paper. It was showed that, this kind polymer compatibilizer of thermoplastic elastomer on one hand had excellent compatible effects of resin/ground rubber tire, on the other hand decreased the stress of interface between resin/ground rubber tire, so that a kind of t resin/ground rubber tire hermoplastic elastomer(RTPE) with good performance was prepared. The compatible effect of three kinds of compatibilizer on resin/ground rubber tire thermoplastic elastomer was compared in this paper. The results showed, RTPE containing compatibilizer A had better performance in mechanical properties, air aging property and fluid property than that containing compatibilizer B, the ozone aging property of RTPE containing compatibilizer C was the best among the three RTPEs. Surface modification of ground rubber tire(GRT) and the microcosmic structure of GRT/ compatibilizer/HDPE was investigated. The results showed that only surface modification of GRT could not improve the compatibility between GRT and HDPE, but could improve the property of process on mill. It was also shown, the special compatibilizer could enhance the compatibility between GRT and HDPE greatly. It was studied on mechanical property, fluid property, re-mill property, hot stretch property, air aging property, ozone aging property and bonding property of RTPE. It was expect to prepare a kind of RTPE with overall good properties.
