Because chinese traditional medicine is very important for medical care system and prophylactic of the people all along, the active constituents of Ephedra grass were separated and enriched is a concernful research. The method of paper adopted solvent sublation. The effects of sublation solvent, nitrogen flow rate,pH of the solution, sublation time, electrolyte NaCl etc. on sublation efficiency were investigated in details, the optimal conditions of ephedra grass sublation were selected. (1) ephedra grass sample concentration 0.417mg(alkaloid)/mL,pH = 1,NaClconcentration 5%,solvent sublation of Methylbenzene:n-butano(V/V=2:1), nitrogen flow rate 30mL/min, sublation time 30min。The results of ephedra grass solvent sublation in the optimal conditions were evaluated, and the solvent sublation with the solvent extration were compared. The solvent sublation process of ephedra grass obeys the first kinetic equation. (2) cutellaaria baicalensis sample concentration 0.417mg(alkaloid)/mL, pH= 1~2,,solvent sublation of Methylbenzene:n-butano(V/V=1:2), nitrogen flow rate 30mL/min, sublation time 25min. This method is simple and rapid, and applicable to the separation and enrichment for the active constituents in Chinese herbal medicine.
