The research on the bio-anthropomorphic phantoms, such as the phantoms used for automobile, avigation, parachuter etc, can greatly help for the economical development, scientific research and military defense strength. Meanwhile, the equivalent evaluation on the bio-anthropomorphic materials is also a critical task, and aims to realize the study on the test of bio-anthropomorphic materials in bio-anthropomorphic phantom manufacturing. Until now, the research on the test of the bio-anthropomorphic materials is not perfect so well. Particularly it is difficult to test their elastic modules because of their small hardness values by using the methods available, thus the study on the test of the bio-anthropomorphic materials need to be improved.This thesis, according to the development of the research on the test of bio-anthropomorphic materials and based on the analysis of the test principle of the Shore hardness tester, puts forward the theoretic research and system design on the testing methods of Shore hardness and elastic modules, which are the two important items of the test of bio-anthropomorphic materials, and realizes the quantitative test on the soft bio-anthropomorphic materials. We use Visual C++ as a primary development tool to complete the software design.The thesis mainly focuses on the following contents:(1)Bring forward the general design and testing method ofbio-anthropomorphic materials Shore' s hardness test system.(2)Test the displacement of head-pin of Shore hardness tester by using the capacitive gate transducer, implement data collection and transfers by means of the serial communication, and realize the data analysis and process by applications of Matlab and serial communication genius program.(3)Realize the dynamic test on bio-anthropomorphic materials, by using of Visual C++ and its technique of Single document/Multi views structure and Multi-thread programming.(4)Based on the Shore' s hardness test method of bio-anthropomorphic materials, and by using of the Shore hardness tester and millesimal gauge, put forward the method and theory of the elastic modules test of bio-anthropomorphic materials, and realize the software design of the test for elastic modulus of soft bio-anthropomorphic materials.(5)Test some kinds of soft Bio-anthropomorphic materials, analyze the linear correlation on the data tested by the application of curve fitting method, and good results achieved.
