The Technology And Its Evaluation Of Dust's Prevention And Cure In A Cement Factory

This paper takes the comprehensive prevention and cures of dust in a cement factory as the research object and approaches the dust forming mechanism and its control in the cement production process from the production technology of the cement. It probes into the dust remover's selection as well as the research of the prevention and cure of the dust's main source. It also introduces an alternative method to evaluate the dust control project and a comprehensive evaluation of the dust control's effect. The innovation of this paper lies in: First, It synthesizes the dust discharge's characteristic and its technical indicator as well as the parameter in the cement production process then proposes a measure to harness the dust and has carried on a thorough and systematic study of the choices of various kinds of dust removers. Second, Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to remove dust in the cement factory of the kiln, this paper makes a preventing and cure analysis about the main dust of the cement dust and proposes a radical measure which we should take to make no dust in the production process as well as a pennanent measure to control dust after the forming of dust. Third, Aiming at the problem that the density of dust exceeds the standard in the cement production process, it makes a concrete analysis of concrete conditions and evaluates the dust control's effect in a cement factory in which the dust remover is remolded and replaced.
