In recent years, Because of the over propagation of algae and eutrophication, the industrial recirculation cooling water systems has been seriously damaged. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to treat recirculation water. Algae control has been a hotspot at present.Aiming at the main factors of electrochemical disinfection technology and the main factors of algae growth, this thesis designs many single factor and supersaturate experiments so as to do some researches in the effect and the process of algea killing by micro-electrolysis adsorption synergistic action. This research work uses the titanium net with coat as the electrode, filled with padding, has designed a new algae killing reactor by micro-electrolysis adsorption synergistic action for the first time. The operation mechanism was disgussed. Experments results demonstrate:1. Micro-electrochemical adsorption synergistic action is efficient to control algae in recirculation water system, and it is also efficient to other recirculation water system(such as seawater recirculation water system) .When the treatment electricity density is about 20-30 mA/cm2, the treatment time is about 15-25 minutes ,the sterilization ratio reach 93.8%-96.6%.2. When the electricity density is about 10-30 mA/cm2,the removal ration of NH4+-N can reach 82%-74%, the removal ration of TP can reach 88%-79%, and low electricity density makes for good removal effect of NH4+-N and TP.3.The process of micro-electricity adsorption is resemble to the simple adsorption ,which are all according to the emendatory Freundlich model.But the parameter Kfand 1/n are all more less than the parameter of simple adsorption model,this demonstrates that the effect of concentration on the count adsorption is minished, the main force is electrostatic gravitation in the intensive adsorption.4. The operation mechanism of micro-electrochemical adsorption synergistic action is that the algae is adsorbed to the exterior of activated carbon and the tourmaline firstly, When the electrode is electrified, some electrochemical reactions happen, which produce some disinfectants, such as Cl2,OH, O2,O3 and H2O2 etc, and all these can control multiplying efficiently. In addition, some experiments have proved that electrochemical technology can still sterilize algae without electrolyzing. Because of its speciality, the tourmaline has a good synergistic effect on electrodereaction which hastens the electrode producing much more chlorine by steping down the with low chlorine evolution potential.This research will help to the application of electrochemical technology in algae killing and disinfection. It also put forward new solution to control algae.
