With the social and economic progress and development,the state ask for higher requirements and objectives for some areas of poor water economical enviorenments.This study,using CIBR reactor as the research object,is aiming at improving the removal efficiency of total phosphorus in CIBR system.The synergies effects of chemical action and biological action of the continuous chemical addition of PAC to CIBR system were investigated.The PAC added CIBR activated sludge,the untreated CIBR activated sludge and the DE Oxidation Ditch process activated sludge from a sewage treatment plant were contrastively analyzed by means of Illumina high throughput sequencing.The main research results are as follows:?1?From inoculation to stable operation of CIBR reactor,MLSS and SVI of activated sludge both show the trend of dropping at the beginning and stabilizing after.The CIBR system after acclimatization has high efficiency of denitrifying and removing phosphorus,which can effectively remove COD,NH4+-N,TN and TP in sewage.In the complete cycle monitoring of the DO/ORP/pH and water quality indicators of the CIBR system,the characteristic points corresponding to the changes of the water quality indexes were observed on the DO/ORP/pH curve.There are some similarities and differences between the two DO/ORP/pH curves of CIBR and SBR.When the glucose and sodium acetate were used respectively as the only carbon source for the reactor,the maximum phosphorus release height and the maximum phosphorus release rate in the latter were higher than those in the former.?2?Al3+has an inhibitory effect on the respiration rate of activated sludge.When the concentration of Al3+reaches 9×10-44 mol/L,Al3+has a strong inhibitory effect on the respiration rate of nitrifying bacteria.The inhibitory effect of the cultured bacteria is small,and the inhibitory effect on the nitrifying bacteria is not obvious.The TP removal rate of the system was increased by 4.76%,8.49%,12.84%and 15.64%respectively in the system with the PAC concentration of 10-40 mg/L,and the standard deviation of the effluent TP was reduced.The phosphorus concentration in the anaerobic stage of the system grows lower with the chemical dosage increases.PAC dosing can improve the stability of effluent COD concentration and improve TN removal rate.The TP removal rate of the system was the highest under the condition of rapid rotation speed of 100 r/min,and the change of the speed had little effect on the removal rate of COD,NH4+-N and TN.In the course of PAC continuous dosing,it was found that the MLSS and SVI of the activated sludge increased with the increasing of the chemical dosage.?3?A total of 792 kinds of microbes were detected during the process of Illumina MiSeq high throughput sequencing.Through the analysis of Chao index,Ace index,Shannon index and Simpson index,it was found that microbiological species diversity in the activated sludge samples of the WWTP was superior than that in the activated sludge samples in the laboratory,and microbiological species diversity in the untreated CIBR activated sludge was superior than that in the PAC added CIBR activated sludge.The relative abundance of denitrifying bacteria,PAOs,AOB and NOB in the activated sludge of the WWTP was higher than that in the laboratory activated sludge.And the relative abundance of AOB of the PAC added CIBR activated sludge was lower than that of the untreated system and the relative abundance of PAOs was higher than the untreated system,both NOB relative abundance is basically the same.The relative abundance of aerobic and facultative bacteria in the two CIBR system activated sludge samples were higher than that of the WWTP,and the relative abundance of the anaerobic bacteria were slightly lower than that of the WWTP activated sludge sample.TheCIBR activated sludge's relative abundance of aerobic bacteria decreased and the relative abundance of facultative bacteria increased with chemical dosing of PAC.
