| Skin will be damaged and organic molecule will be photodegradated when exposed to high-energy ultraviolet light for a long period of time. However, ultraviolet absorber has the ability of converting high-energy ultraviolet light into low-energy light which is harmless to human body and organic molecule. In order to reduce the photodegradation of dye molecule, to protect human body from ultraviolet radiation by dyed costume, hydroxyphenyl triazine moiety was introduced into it. Then disperse dyes which can absorb ultraviolet light and transfer energy were synthesized.Three coupling components were obtained with 3-acetylamino-diethyl aminobenzene as staring material, by hydrolysis, condensation with cyanuric chloride, Friedel-Crafts reaction with resorcinol under the catalysis of aluminum trichloride, alky reaction. Then nine disperse dyes in three colors were synthesized with 4-chloride aniline, 4-nitro aniline, 2-cyano-4-nitro-6-bromine aniline as azo components individually. The chemical structures of the intermediates were confirmed by IR, MS, 1HNMR, 1H-1HgCOSY, UV-VIS. The UV-VIS spectrum of coupling components and dyes show a wide and strong absorbance within 250nm~400nm.Two red dyes as examples, dye processes were studied. Standard curves were drawn and the relations between chemical structure and dye-uptake mol absorbance factor were studied. What is more, the absorbance of dyed dacron was tested. The result of researches showed that: up-take of dye containing hydroxyphenyl triazine moiety exceed that of ultraviolet absorber, and the dyed dacrons can strongly absorb ultraviolet light... |
