One-dimensional nanostructures provides a good system to investigate the dependence of electrical and thermal transport properties on dimensionality and size reduction .They are expected to play an important role as both interconnects and functional units in fabricating electronic optoelectronic devices with nanoscale dimensions. Research on one dimensional nanomaterials is one of the most important fields and focus of nanomaterials today .Recent progress in the synthesis and characterization of nanowires has been driven by not only the need of understanding the novel physical properties of one—dimensional nanomaterials that are different from those of the bulk ones ,but also the potential applications in constructing electronic and optoelectronic nanodevices. The successful fabrications of one-dimensional nanomaterials establish the foundation to understand the nano-effect and to found general knowledge of nanomaterials The porous anodic alumina can be used usually and widely to fabricate one-dimensional nanostructure ,which also determines the size and properties of the one-dimensional nanomaterials obtained in that way.The morphology, microstructure and optical properties of the anodic alumina templates prepared by twice anodic oxidation method in this paper were charactered by SEM, TEM, XRD. The absorbency and fluorescence were tested by fluorescence spectrum instrument and ultraviolet-infrared spectrum instrument .The results of absorbing spectrum indicate that the anodic alumina template is transparent in visible light field. The results of fluorescence spectrum indicate that superior wide belt of blove luminescence exist .On the base of comparing the experiment methods , the factors effecting the ordered property of the anodic alumina templates were discussed. In this paper, Cu, Ag, TiO2 nanowire was obtained in anodic alumina templates by methods of electrodeposition and sol—gel, whose morphology and structure were also observed .The absorbency and fluorescence were tested by fluorescence spectrum instrument and ultraviolet-infrared spectrum instrument. The experiment indicate that the Cu,Ag, TiO2/Al2O3 one-dimensional namostructures obtains by electrodepositing copper in anodic alumina templates has the particular optical properties ,which play a important role in the developing nanodevice.
