Guangzhou City Ecosystem Health Appraisal Research

Useing the analytic hierarchy process ,this article has studied Guangzhou city ecosystem health standard change from 1991 to 2003 for the first time, through establishing a target system including vigor, the organizational structure,, resiliency, the ecosystem service function , the crowd state health and so on five factors, drawing following conclusion:(1) the favorable factor affecting Guangzhou ecosystem health comparatively is the ecosystem vigor and the organizational structure, because of the high level of development of Guangzhou economy and the efficiency of energy using, as well as the Guangzhou itself natural;(2) the the disadvantage factors affecting Guangzhou ecosystem health mainly lie in the city the resiliency and the crowd health standard. The resiliency of the compound ecosystem is weak, mainly performing in the handling ability to "the three wastes", and the return to original state function is insufficient for the city, like industrial waste discharging rate, the synthesis use of firmly industry waste and the repetition use of process water waiting for being enhanced.(3) in order to raise the Guangzhou ecosystem health standard, not only the productive forces needs to develop, the industrial structure needs to adjust, but also the environmental protection ability of the city needs to enhance, only then like this, can the city ecosystem health standard enhance fastly, causing Guangzhou to have the sustainable development ability truly.After analyzing various factors which has affected the Guangzhou city ecosystem health change and their contribution to Guangzhou ecosystem health change and the respective change path of themselives , this article proposes the suggestion to raise the Guangzhou city ecosystem health standard:(1) establish highly effective environmental protection system;(2) persist in governing and managing the city legally;(3) define the urban population growth and raising the culture quality level of inhabitant overall;(4) construed an ordering city function organization system ;(5) continue to adjust the city industrial structure;(6) reasonably carry on the urban planning.
