Study On Wastewater Treatment System Of Biosafety Level-3 Laboratory

After epidemic situation of SARS been effectively controlled, the biological safety level-3 (BSL-3) laboratory, as the important part of public healthy system of our country, was been regarding and building actively. BSL-3 laboratory acts as the essential location about the safety of experimentalist, public and testing camples in the course of the test of altitudinal unsafe microbial pathogen. Therefore, the study of wastewater treatment system of BSL-3 laboratory has important practical significance.Firstly, on the base of reading a great number of references at home and abroad, thesis analyzed the various disposal methods of wastewater, and primarily established and analyzed the disposal technics of physical calefaction cooperating with chemical medicament.Secondly, the wastewater including of B.cereus whose concentration is 10~7cfu/ml was tested in special biological laboratory, then the conclusion was educed. Heightening the wastewater's temperature could increase the bactericidal effect of chemical medicament. If only heightening the wastewater, the bactericidal effect was bad when the temperature reached 80 ℃. So the disposal technics of physical calefaction cooperating with chemical medicament is feasible used to disposing the BSL-3 laboratory's wastewater including of microbial pathogen.And then, the wastewater treatment system of BSL-3 laboratory was designed roundly. The system consisted of the technics, appurtenant equipment and control unit of wastewater treatment.Finally, the simulative experiment of locale was done to test the wastewater treatment system. The test data showed that the bactericidal rate could reach over 99.95% to the wastewater including of B.cereus whose concentration is 100cfu/ml. Besides, the appurtenant equipment and control unit work well, and its continuity, repeated capability and dependability was all right. The wastewater treatment system could better satisfy the correlative national standard.
