Development Of Platform Flatness Error Detecting System

In accordance with the problems processing large data quantity, tedious and low accurate hand computation in detecting the flatness of platform, base on examination to the detection method using slab bridge and level gauge, develop the method to evaluate detecting value —transmit from single-chip computer to microcomputer,change its coordinate and evaluate the flatness by least square method and programming is expounded, it is available for us.The method of flatness error detection is made by hand in tradition. When measuring, the detecting data is written down by hand, then input these data into computer by people. In this research, one flash data memorizer or RAM is added to the single-chip computer, and a control panel is linked with the single-chip. The detecting data is collected by the single-chip computer, stored in the added RAM. After that, the detecting data is sent to microcomputer to evaluate. Data collection is separated from data processing, then get over disadvantage that microcomputer can' t be easily moved.
