In today's society,the advancement of science and technology has promoted the improvement of social productivity.How to transform the theoretical basis into engineering achievements is a challenging problem.In order to solve the common problem of flatness error detection in industrial production,this paper starts from the flatness error detection theory and combines with the actual needs of magnesium plate production enterprises to develop a set of magnesium plates that are easy to operate,highly automated,and the test results meet the actual production needs Flatness error online measurement system.In order to ensure the effective conversion of theoretical results and actual production needs,this paper mainly does three aspects of research: platform mechanical structure,software and hardware development,and flatness error algorithm.The detection system described in this article uses a non-contact measurement scheme-using a laser ranging sensor as the detection sensor,and at the same time,using the STM32F4 series microcontroller as the system main control,finally completed a set of data collection,data Collector with integrated pre-processing and inspection platform control.Use Visual Studio integrated development environment and C# to develop the host computer software.The processing flow of this system is as follows: the plate to be inspected is placed in the detection area by the robot,and then the host computer issues instructions to the collector,and then the system automatically collects the displacement data of the calibration plane.After the calibration is completed,the cylinder pushes the scanning platform to perform Scanning,the original data is processed by the low-pass filter and uploaded to the host computer.The state data of the board can be obtained by the algebraic difference between the surface data and the standard gauge block data,and then the plane is fitted by the least square method,and finally the flatness error is calculated.The detection system researched and designed in this paper finally realized the functions of calculating flatness error,data processing,data storage,data communication,human-computer interaction and so on.At the same time,after carrying out a lot of repetitive experiments on this system and the comparison experiment between this system and the three-coordinate measuring instrument,it finally proved that the system has strong stability,accurate calculation results,fast detection speed,flexible operation and high precision,and fully meets the detection requirements.Finally put into production.
