In order to research the existence of the mankind and a lot of meanings of the developments, the resources of the water the text discussed is so important that we must pay attention to it. Emphasizing in various different problems about water resources and water environment, I introduced the basic characteristic of reservoir, concluding the water temperature degree, liquid material of various different method, the water measures to add the environment quantity of the water and so on. In analyzing the mathematics model of the reservoir water environment domestic and outside, this article introduced the reservoir water temperature, water quantity and water quality under the condition of the common method of using of the mathematics model within the reservoir water environment and some special application.This text does the detailed discussion to the basic characteristic of the reservoir, and give the discretion method of the reservoir layering. As artificial lake, reservoir is liquidity. Because of being affected by the artificial manufacturing, the water level of the reservoir changes usually, and this will influence the reservoir water quality. The characteristics of the reservoir water mainly include the following few aspects: 1, surface is very expanse. 2, water flows slowly. 3, wind effect is obvious. 4, the convection focuses on lengthways. 5, the water layers lengthways. Based on analyzing the basic characteristics of reservoir, this text generalized the discretion method of the reservoir layering. Many discretion methods have been put forward up to today, but this two kind was used usually: 1, reservoir commutation times method. This method was put forward by a Japanese scholar, and it has been checked correctly in many large reservoirs in our country. 2, FR Density method. This method has been confirmed in a few reservoirs in American, but our country did not use it extensively.The water temperature in reservoir is also a content of this text, in reservoir, the water temperature was affected by many factors, mainly is: 1, the liquidity of the water. 2, Hot conduction and proliferation. 3, the sun radiation in the body of water. 4, the sand in water. In order to study the water temperature regulation, we should research and apply mathematics model. This text discussed the mathematics model of the reservoir water quality, and introduced the detailed applied circumstance and some problems related to the model. There are some procedures during building up the water quality mathematics model, it is: 1, the model conceive outline. 2, mathematics expression. 3, revise. 4, the mark. 5, examination. 6,set. 7, applied. The water environment quantity evaluation means evaluate every factors affect the water quality. The inquisition and monitors about the reservoir water pollution mainly include the following few aspects: 1,the rich nourishment pollution. 2,metals and nonmetal poisons. 3,the microorganism pollution. 4, aerobic and organic pollution. Up to the present, the nation promulgated a series of water environment quantity standards. This article researched the characters of the water quantity, water temperature, water quantity, water layering and so on. Based on this, I build the reservoir water quantity layering mathematics model. In the model, I discussed the formulation result by the method that this article introduced. Take dian chi as an example, I compare this mathematical model to the models original. Corresponding the introduction and synthesizes to the reservoir water environment mathematics model, I analyzed the characteristic of the water quantity, water temperature, water quantity of the reservoir, introduce the existing research condition, and the point analyzed the characteristics of these formulas.The purpose of this article is to study the variety degree and conditions of the reservoir water environment by establishing the reservoir water temperature, water quantity, water quality mathematics model, to make use of mathematics model to predict the water environment quantity condi...
