The generation of computing multibody-system dynamics greatly changes thedynamics analysis of traditional mechanisms. It liberates engineers from the traditionalhard manual calculation. After a suitable model is created, the comptuer automaticallysolves the problem and provides the fundemental means for analysis and post-process.Nowadays the powerful computing ability of computer can easy solve the big complexproblem that can't or can hardly be solved the years before. Oncemore the sofeware ofanalysis dymanics provides the powerful interfaces to other software of auxilialy designengineering and analysis software and they together provide the complete CAEtechnology. The usage of computing multibody-system dynamics software is the meansof research on dynamics simulation. The subject of this paper is automatic jumping control system,which is theequipments completing the final work of coiling hot strip into coilers, and the thesisfocus on the simulation of position and force controlled by AJC. Based on thefundmental dynamics of multi-body systems , it analyse the dynamicsfomulation,procession of integrate solutionit and the hydraulic theory.From theanalysis,the ADAMS can automatically model and solute and Compatibilite the datadesigned by special software,it forms the way of simulate mechanical system.It usesCAXA entity emulation design software establish 3-D entity model and transmit toADAMS design environment,and sets up the visual and interactive VP models. It stays amethod of adoptting ADAMS/Hydraulic module to build virtual hydraulic system andrealizes simulating and analyzing hydraulic system and mechanism system together. Thesimulation of position and force control show the useful hydraulic parameter to thedesign of domestic and production. Using the language of ADAMS,design the usermenu for automatic analyzing the different hot strip. It also discusses the way ofsimulation on the co-control. The fast simulate way of mechanical system is to synthesis the best ponit of themodeling software, simulate software and control software and take off the bad of them.
