With the rapid development of science and technology, the computer simulation technology has been widely used in various fields. In the field of vocational education, computer simulation technology has become an important means of educational reform, which can not only improve teaching effects and help students better grasp the basic knowledge and skills, but also effectively save the teaching cost. Based on the actual needs of schools, this paper analyzes CAXA-based simulation process and the application of related methods and techniques in NC teaching.This study proposes a network of Internet-based manufacturing system architecture, in the cutting process on the basis of mathematical modeling of Internet-based process simulation and optimization, manufacturing network to establish an effective implementation of key technical support platform. This design of vocational school training courses for our system using C/S mode, server side of a data server and a data backup servers, the storage of training information database files, client side is composed of50student machines, install client program, which together form the training of the network environment.According to the characteristics of machining CNC machine simulation and student internships in the process, the subject of training system has four components, including user interface design module, program editing and storage module, the program pre-processing module, process simulation module. In the user interface, every part of the system contained in the different functions are connected with the corresponding function key, use the function keys to enter the corresponding function module, in the implementation process, the status bar to display the program code being executed, reflecting real-time machine status, parameter changes, to the outlet tips.The system mainly aims at the procedure of NC and to the problems existing in the process of teaching hand-written program, like differences on accuracy, completeness, eligibility and safety during actual processing due to students’different abilities and attitudes, it puts forward possible solutions by converting a three-dimensional graphics directly into G code function. Using this function, students will only need to draw the graph correctly, which will automatically generate the correct procedure, and then transmit it to the machine tools for effective processing. In addition to the three major functions of graphic drawing, automatically generating G code, and trajectory simulation, the system can also detect NC code, display the tool path and cutting process. With the friendly interface, it is easy to operate with realistic processing environment. It has certain value and significance to improve teaching effects of the school to promote the teaching reform of vocational education.
