The relationship between human being and nature is the most basic problem that the mankind faces, and that must be solved. Today, people have already realized that the settlement of environmental pollution can't only rely on the economic or legal means; we have to resort to the environmental value ideas in the meanwhile. Only do we use the moral ways to regulate the relationship between human and nature, we could solve the environmental problem fundamentally. And therefore, contemporary environmental ethics appears under such a background.However, contemporary environmental ethics has fallen into a certain development predicament because of lacking the concern about reality. Meanwhile, due to the reciprocity between environmental protection and obligation, the problem "environment injustice" has become conspicuous in environmental protection and led the movement to protect environment in a globe range. Then the view of environmental justice has become the target that people paid close attention to.This text has given a comparatively in-deep study about equal care problem on the basis of explaining some basic concepts of environmental justice, and supported the view point that environmental justice cannot accomplish without the realization of triple equal care. For an unequal society is very difficult to stride for the goal of ecological sustainable development. Certainly, in order to realize the triple equal care of environmental justice, we must also adopt a tenable policy. And only in this way, the problems of environmental inequality and injustice can be effectively improved, and the goals that society, economy and natural environment all together develop harmoniously can be finally reached.
