Design Of Real-time Data Collection And Administrative Decision System In Clothes Enterprise Sewing Work-shop

Because of that the competitions between all the clothes enterprises in China is very drastic. In the competitive market, the clothes enterprises in China have already converted from the sale market to the purchase market. The times that the competition between the enterprises simply depends on low-level quantity has passed. The method for acquiring the superiority in the competitive market is not the gross cost, but is the information innovation of the enterprise and the continuous reformation of technology.The essence of the information innovation is to update administrative conception, is to innovate administrative pattern, is to recreate, is to reduce cost, is to improve efficiency and the customers' satisfaction. Nowadays, the administrative efficiency of the enterprise exactly is the information efficiency, which depends on the process for making, receiving, analyzing, utilizing and conveying information.With rapid improvement of the internet and digital technology, the knowledge economy times is coming, which prompts clothesenterprise in China to apply high-level real-time data collection and administrative decision system to optimize the information resources. Whether the enterprise can utilize the information administration rationally or not, directly concerns the product tendency and the enterprise development, which can master the enterprise's all-round operation to adjust the production and administrative pattern in time.In this paper, it is principal to design a system in clothes enterprise for real-time data collection and administration decision. And it is realized to optimize between the workers and processes in time with the help of genetic algorithm. The data collection devices communicate with the host computer to accomplish a series of administrative and decisive functions. This paper's main contents including:Discussing the clothes industry development, especially the advantage and disadvantage for Chinese clothes industry, and discussing the urgent requirement to innovate the clothes enterprise in China;Analyzing the specific requirement in sewing work-shop and designing the system basis constitution.Discussing the data collection operation and its realization detailcdly;Canvassing all kinds of administrative functions with the help of actual experience;Probing the communication between the data collection operation and the host computer, including the host computer analysis, converted circuit analysis and API functions analysis;Resolving the optimization between the workers and processes with GA method;Summarizing the superiority in this system, at the same time pointing out the disadvantage and outlooking the future for Chinese clothes enterprises;Although in China some clothes enterprises have already applied a series of administrative softwares. But the system discussed in this paper is the first time to be applied successfully in China. It can escape the important problem occurred bynowadays administrative software-information delay and canimprove the administrative level.
