In the management of product quality, it is very important that life prediction and quality follow-up service of the part, this require that some important parts must have the only mark of itself on the surface, in order to carry on effective following and managing for it. This management could make the part met the request for the modern quality management system to guarantee product quality. The pneumatic mark printer is a kind of integrated products of electro mechanics that can make the mark on the products surface in recently years. It make many technology incorporates, such as machinery, electron, computer, etc. Because it has a series of advantage such as the widely range of application, the big capacity, the strong function and easily identification etc. These advantages make marking printer got wide application and popularize in recent years.At present, there are two kinds of mark printer: pneumatic marking printer and laser marking printer. Pneumatic marking printer utilizes the air compressor and a pneumatic valve marking on the work piece through controlling the marking head vibration up and down. Laser printer leave permanent mark on the part surface with heat effect of laser ablated. But no matter pneumatic printer or laser their control system are similar. The movement controller has gone through the numerical control of the hardware (NC) and two developing stages of computer numerical control (CNC).Since the 1990s, with computer development at full speed of technology, cost performance raise constantly, the numerical control system based on computer has already become the mainstream of control system development. At present we use the computer (the PC) to control the marking machine. It has perfect graph processing ability, but if each marking machine needs one computer, the cost will be very high. I will discuss that the single chip replaces the PC to control the sport, let the single chip become the next machine, and it go to control data of location plane (PC) to accept through serial communication interface, then one PC can control many sets of single chip. The cost performance of marking printer has been improved greatly.The main content of this text is as follows: (1) researching the circuit driver of the walk electrical machinery. (2) Design the system controls method. (3) Design the hardware system. It contains how to choose the single chip, expand the Rom and design the serial communication and keyboard showing circuit. (4) Design the software system. How to set-up the print characters files and make the memory way of the vector character. Design the method which can transform the vector character to print character. The main content of this text is as follows: (1) researching the circuit driver of the walk electrical machinery.
