| In this paper, the mathematical model of balloon and the form of rolling, which was used in modern spinning frame had been studied and analyzed. The author put emphases on the problem, which is related to fluctuation of the tensility of yarn. And then get an important conclusion that the change of balloon is one of important facts, which could impact the change of tension. And then the result of experimentation validates that conclusion was true.In this paper, the system could control the tense of the yarn by changing the location of spindle was proposed, the hardware was made up of sensor, data acquire interface, actuator etc, though those parts the functions including data acquisition , display , serial communication, could be actualized. Single chip computer such as AT89C51 which were a low power, high performance CMOS 8-bit microcomputer with 4 Kbytes of flash Programmable and Erasable (PERROM). Some experiments that are about to the functions of the system and the design of sensors have been finished. And we got a perfect result.At last, the author evaluated the plan and drawn a perfect conclusion that the system could reduce the fluctuation of the tense. And the same time it can improve the efficiency of the spinning frame. |
