The pipeline is the lifeline in the development and utilization of oil gas resources. This dissertation mainly focuses on the frequent occurrences of major fire explosion accidents, which will surely put human beings and wealth in danger. Catering the international tendency of safety assessment, the author selects appropriate method to acquire data, detailedly analyses failure consequence and carries out the study of the application of computer in safety assessment.Based on the theory of the domestic and international risk analysis, the article has carried on analysis in detail to the failure consequence of the pipeline with the consideration of our country's domestic conditions, and a set of risk estimation standard. Mainly studied: analysed the consequence model with influencediagram, and announced the influence relation of many factors in models; set up corresponding mathematics model to a lot of quantitative indexes in consequence of model; detailedly discussed hazard type and model of directly influencing consequence, summed up gas, liquid pipeline failure incident tree; discussed commonly used probability statistical distribution and numerical computing methods for solving mathematic problem (such as non-linear equation and numerical integration, etc.), which offered scientific basis for fetching value of the data; used the soft engineering theory and OOA to analyse, design the consequence model, and adopt the most popular development language at present to develop the corresponding software.This dissertation can estimate the economic damage, environmental effect, life safety of a continental pipeline failure that afford conclusion for protection scenario decision, which has very good realistic meaning and reference value for lightening the accident of pipeline of our country.
