As an important medium of energy transmission,oil and gas pipeline plays an important role in protecting residents' life and promoting economic development.Whether it can operate safely and stably is directly related to the happiness and satisfaction of Chinese residents.In recent years,with the development of China's economic construction and the expansion of pipeline mileage,the high consequence area which threatens people and social security has gradually formed.Under such circumstances,it is very important to ensure the integrity,safety and stability of oil and gas pipelines,and to improve the identification ability and risk assessment level of high consequence areas of pipelines.This paper takes the oil and gas pipeline as the research object,uses the literature database and the offline library and other resources to consult the related theoretical knowledge,to the project as the background and basis for high consequence identification practice and risk assessment of pipeline failure,and simulation of oil and gas pipeline explosion of failure consequences.Finally,the dual prevention system of high consequence area of oil and gas pipeline is designed and realized.The consequences of the concrete research content are as follows:(1)High consequence zone identification.The high-consequence areas are identified and analyzed relying on the evaluation project of pipeline safety status under the jurisdiction of an oil and gas company.The results show that there are 57high-consequence areas(three of which are re-routed areas)with a total length of about 52.39 km,accounting for 35% of the total mileage of the pipeline under the jurisdiction of the oil and gas company.According to the classification,there are 23 high consequence areas of grade I(score <200),18 high consequence area of level II(score 200 to 400)and 16 high consequence area of level III(score greater than 400).According to the number of high-consequence zone attribute classes,there are 13high-consequence zones with one type of attribute,17 high-consequence zones with two types of attributes,and 3 high-consequence zones with three types of attributes.(2)Possibility analysis of pipeline failure in high consequence area.In view of the complexity and diversity of the pipeline failure factors in the high consequence area,through the comparative analysis of the existing risk evaluation methods,the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established and the failure possibility of the identified pipeline in the high consequence area is analyzed.Finally,the risk grade of the pipeline is determined by Risk Matrix.The engineering practice of this method shows that the probability of pipeline failure in the high consequence area is level II,and the risk level is level I,that is,the pipeline is in the low risk area.(3)Simulation evaluation of pipeline failure and explosion in high consequence area.LS-DYNA software was used to build an oil and gas leakage explosion model,and the explosion effect under different working conditions(buried depth of 2m without road crossing,buried depth of 8m with road crossing,surface oil pool)was simulated,and the explosion consequences were analyzed and calculated quantitatively.The results show that the explosion has a strong impact on the pavement,whether the distance is 2m or 8m;the faster the pressure attenuates,the less damage it causes.Finally,according to the simulation results,risk mitigation measures are proposed.(4)The dual-prevention system is introduced into the high-consequence area of oil and gas pipelines for Applied Research,and it is designed and developed by using7 modules: computer technology,including the front page,system management,high-impact area management,risk management,information disclosure and knowledge base.The application shows that the system can realize digital and information management of risk and hidden trouble in high consequence area,and improve the safety management level and accident prevention and control ability of oil and gas pipeline.
