The effect of the process parameters, the ratio of Rubber to Plastics, compatibilization system and the reinforcing system on the properties of ultra-fine full-vulcanized butadiene-acrylonitrile powdered rubber(UFNPR)/ Polypropylene(PP) blending thermoplastic elastomer were discussed, such as mechanical property, aging-resistant property, and oil-resistant property. the better properties of the UFNPR/PP blending thermoplastic elastomer was prepared.At first, the paper discussed the process technological of UFNPR/PP blending thermoplastic elastomer. The results showed that the properties of the thermoplastic elastomer prepared in the 50:50 ratio of UFNPR to PP, and 175℃ of blending temperature and 11 min of blending time were better, the blending thermoplastics elstomer had good properties after remilling. The properties of the blending thermoplastic elastomer which was compatible with the different compatibilizers, such as MA-g-PE, MA-g-PP, CPE and EVA, was studied. the best compatibilizer was MA-g-PE (account 15 phr). After the compatibilizer was selected, the effect of different reinforcing agent on the properties of thermoplastic elastomer were studied.
