The ec-environmental degradation day by day on the earth , especially in developing countries , which has become an urgent and serious problem . It forces us to look closely again the relation between man and nature , reflect on our viewpoint towards nature , seeking theoretical foundation and guide to resolve ec-environmental problem in theorical layer .
