In recent years, there has been increasing interest in synthesis of heterocyclic compounds that have biological and commercial importance. 1,2,4-triazol are biological interesting molecules and their chemistry is receiving considerable attention due to antihypertensive, antifungal, antibacterial, properties, anticonvulsant and plant growth regulate. It is the important position of compounds containing 1H-1,2,4-triazol in agricultural chemical and pharmacological research field that attract more and more people's interest. In addition, heterocycles containing benzotriazole ring are associated with a particularly strong biological property, and benzotriazole has been widely applied in organic synthesis as the structure is stable. For this reason, we synthesized a series of new compounds by inducing triazole and benzotriazole to acetophenone hydrazone, thiadiazoline and thiocarbohydrazone respectively, and provided a lot of leading compounds for medicines selecting. The major work of thesis: 1. Three new substituted acetophenone thiosemicarbazones reacted with ω-bromoacetophenone to give 15 acetophenone hydrazone derivatives containing benzotriazole and thiazole . 2. Three new substituted acetophenone thiosemicarbazones reacted with ω-bromoacetophenone to give a series of acetophenone hydrazone derivatives containing triazole and thiazole . 3. Ten new thiosemicarbazones underwent a cyclization with acetic anhydride to give a series of substituted thiadiazoline derivatives containing triazole or benzotriazole.
