Research On Online Measuring Technique And Its Instrumentation For Ethanol Concentration In Fermentation

Animalcule fermentation engineering is the foundation of bioengineering as well as modern biotechnology and their industrialization. In fermentation process, the ethanol concentration is one of the most important parameters, and directly influences the optimization and automatic control performance of fermentation system as well as the quality and yield of the output. Thus online and real-time measurement of the ethanol concentration is indispensable. However with the limitation of biological sensor nowadays measurements are almost off-line which result in the delay and contamination of yeast tun; and its online measuring technique is immature and unintelligent. Therefore, it has an important meaning in theory and application to study online measuring technique and instrumentation for ethanol concentration in animalcule fermented course.In this paper, on the basis of detailed analysis of the measuring technique and instrumentation for ethanol concentration in animalcule fermented course, online measuring technique for ethanol concentration has been studied, its measuring principle is given; and combining virtual instrument technology and system identification algorithm, the model and algorithm of its online measurement have been set up; the instrument used to measure the ethanol concentration online has been developed.
