Phellinus igniarius is a kind of rare officinal fungi. In the last few years, Phellinus igniarius is used as a kind of new anti-cancer fungi, having aroused the attention of many experts of the international medicine industry field and health care product field. This paper summarized several aspects of medicine and edible fungi, including the immunity activities of polysaccharide and its affecting factors, the extraction methodology of fungi polysaccharide, liquid ferment technology of fungi, developing conditions of fungi health care product, and summarized the cultivation peculiarity, artificial cultivate, liquid fermentation and the medicine impact of Phellinus igniarius, then researched the processing and craft parameters and the effects of enhancing the function of immunity of the Phellinus igniarius health care oral liquid. The research results are as follows: 1. The liquid fermentation and craft parameters of Phellinus igniariusThe most suitable ratio of C/N of Phellinus igniarius is 24.The best culture medium of liquid ferment is as follows(g/L):Soybean powder 40, corn powder 30, wheat bran powder 5, the yeast juice 4, CaSO4 10, K2SO4 1, Na2HPO4 1.5, ZnSO4.7H2O 0.1, FeSO4.7H2O 0.5, VB1 0.1.The most suitable ferment parameter were as follows: inoculate deal 15%(V/V), the time of fungi 5 days, swing frequency 140rpm, liquid volume 160mL/500mL, beginning pH 7, temperature 30°C.
