Tianzhuang reservoir is the main alternate site of water resource of Yiyuan city. With the fast development of the economical society, the increasing of all kinds of pollution discharging and some irrational exploitation had some bad effects on Tianzhuang reservoir. The contaminative problem of the reservoir is getting worse and worse, and the function of water body declined. So controlling and governing of main sources of pollution in Tianzhuang reservoir watershed becomes urgent.Basing on the investigation of Tianzhuang reservoir watershed, this paper adopted Same-Pollution-Load Evaluation Method to evaluate the pollution source and made sure that the main pollution sources come from industrial sewage and wastewater, household wastewater, Fishing Farming, agriculture, fertilizer and wastewater of farming and breeding from 5 enterprises, and that the main pollutants are COD, TN and TP.According to the investigation and analysis and basing on making sure the main industrial pollution sources and pollutants, I chose the CASS and AB technology with the function of removal of nitrogen and phosphorus to dispose sewage. The removing ratio of NH3-N reached to 96% and 87.6% separately. From the analysis of daily disposal scale, water quality target, technology process, technique parameter, engineering investment and operating cost, I suggest adopting CASS technology with low investment and operating cost and better disposal effect, designing to lay pipelines and discharge the water disposed out of the reservoir to urban sewer system for advanced treatment.From studying internal Fishing Farming technology and the operation of Tianzhuang reservoir, I advance 4 controlling measures that are controlling the area of Fishing Farming, biomanipulation, using bags at the bottom of the netted boxes, changing the method of bait casting. Therein, the controlling Fishing Farming area is 0.44ha, the output of fish doesn't exceed 277t, the output of silver carp and bighead carp is 536t, and breeding density is 39.3g/m3.From the analysis of household wastewater governing technology and disposal way condition of our country, this study chose the SBR technology with the function of removal of nitrogen and phosphorus and oxidation ditch technology. From schemes comparison and feasibility analysis from water quality, engineering investment, operating cost and management, I propose the scheme that is feasible in technology, economical in governing, convenient in operating and could guarantee the water quality of effluent. Meanwhile, I propose to build a sewage treatment plant in Lucun town and Nanma town separately and adopt SBR technology with continuous influent.According to the present condition of agricultural pollution in Tianzhuangreservoir and basing on the agricultural point source and non-point source pollution, I carry through the pollution source analysis and burden estimation. On the hypothesis of total amount of pollution taken in and according to the practice of agricultural pollution source in the watershed, this study chose Slow-rate infiltration Land treatment system as treatment technology in country and proposed some feasible countermeasures for agricultural non-point source pollution.Through treating the industrial wastewater from Shan Dong Association Chemical Engineering CO., LTD, the result is that TN reduced 129.79/a and TP 2.05t/a. Through adopting the 4 Fishing Farming controlling measures, the results is that TP reduced 6.45t/a and TN 36.03t/a. Through operating 2 sewage treatment plants, the result is that the amount of sewage treated per year was 2,200,000t, TN will reduce 46.3t and TP 5.93t. Through executing Slow-rate infiltration Land treatment system, the result is that TN reduced 42.7t, COD 198t and TP 5.66t.In a conclusion, the pollution sources of Tianzhuang reservoir are mostly controlled and governed, the problem of "triple-nitrogen" beyond standards and eutrophication will be fundamentally solved and water environment will be greatly improved.
