Abstract:This research utilizes the characteristics that lignin sulphonate in the ammonia sulfite pulp black liquid and the ammonia water can carry on the oxidizing ammonification,and increase the content of organic nitrogen in the black liquid. And then develop slowly-releasing compound fertilizer based on it.This study can fully utilize the ammonia sulfite pulp black liquid this usable resource,improve the utilization ratio of the inorganic fertilizer,and dispell the danger to the environment of the ammonia sulfite pulp black liquid.The experimental result shows the following conclusions:1. The result of the ammonification of ammonoia sulfite pulp black liquid shows that it can significantly increase the content of organic nitrogen in the black liquid. Ammonia water dosage,oxygen pressure,temperature,calalyst,reaction time and rotation speed have affections on the ammonification.Through the orthogonal design experiment of the ammonification,it is the best circumstances for the ammonification that ammonia water dosage is 20ml,oxygen pressure is 1.6MPa ,temperature is 100℃, rotation speed is 600r/min,Fe2+ is 3.57×10-4mol/kg organic matter and the reaction time is 60min.It can gain the ammonia products that the total nitrogen is 9.28mol/kg organic matter and the organic nitrogen is 2.14mol/kg organic matter. 2.Compound fertilizer made by oneself has stronger resisting of leaching.There is no nitrogen in the eluviation after the 8th elution of the nitrogen in the urea,and there is little N in the eluviation after the 13th elution of the nitrogen in the city-sold compound fertilizer,but after the 13th elution, the content of N in the eluviations of the Compound fertilizer3 made by oneself is higher than that in the city-sold at this moment,demonstrating stronger ability against leaching, demonstrating the trend that with the increasing of the product of the ammonification,the agaist leaching ability of the compound fertilizer made by oneself also strengthens fertily. 3. The ammonia product of sulfite pulp black liquid can suppress the soil urease activity, improve the utilization ratio of N in the fertilizer further. The pot experiment result indicates that in the treatment of using the compound fertilizer 3,the soil urea has the lowest activity, it is only 9.13 mg/kg.h,but the soil urease activity of using the city-sold compound fertilizer is11.78mg/kg.h.The differences reach the extremely remarkable level. 4. The result of the pot experiment shows that the compound fertilizer made by oneself can promote the growth of corn, improve the fertilizer utilization ratio , and has stronger slowly-releasing characteristics.The height and biological output of the corn plant of the treatment of using the compound fertilizer3 made by oneself is higher than that of city-sold compound fertilizer ^specially the second maize height and biological output. Compared with city-sold compound fertilizer,the utilization ratio of nitrogen in compound fertilizer made by oneself reaches 55.05%,which is higher than the other one utilization ration 52.93%.The differences reach the remarkable level.
