| Baijiu distiller’s grains are the fermentation products in the production of Baijiu.Baijiu distillers’grains have large output,high moisture content,easy to corrupt during storage,and can produce mycotoxins.The traditional treatment methods mainly focus on direct accumulation and garbage incineration,which are easy to cause secondary pollution to air,soil and water sources.While the production of Baijiu continues to increase,the problem of solid waste pollution from distiller’s grains needs to be solved urgently.If the distiller’s grains are reasonably utilized,the resource utilization and the added value of distiller’s grains can be realized.Baijiu distillers’grains contain rich nutrients,among which cellulose,residual sugar,yeast metabolites and various inorganic salts are essential nutrients for microbial growth,which shows that liquor distillers’grains have the potential to produce bio organic fertilizer.The fermentation of distiller’s grains into bio-organic fertilizer provides new ideas and ways for the recycling of distiller’s grains.Fenjiu is a typical representative of light flavor Baijiu.In this paper,the source and treatment of distiller’s grains of Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Factory Co.,Ltd.were investigated,and the compound bacteria were added into the distiller’s grains to ferment and produce bio-organic fertilizer.In order to determine the optimal growth conditions of the composite bacterial agent,the single factor method was used to optimize the fermentation conditions in four aspects:raw material concentration,inoculation amount of the composite bacterial agent,culture temperature and initial p H.According to the study,three factors(raw material concentration,culture temperature and initial p H)that have a greater impact on the effective viable number of the composite bacterial agent were determined.On this basis,a response surface experiment was designed to analyze the three key factors affecting the fermentation conditions of bio-organic fertilizer,so as to obtain the optimal process conditions.The bio-organic fertilizer fermented from distiller’s grains was used to plant sorghum seedlings,and the fertilizer efficiency test was carried out to observe the fertilizer efficiency,which provided a theoretical basis for the production of bio-organic fertilizer fermented from Fenjiu distiller’s grains.Fermented into bio-organic fertilizer that can be used for the growth of sorghum,the raw material of Fenjiu liquor,realizes the recycling and reuse of resources,produces and sells itself,reduces the expenditure on fertilizer while treating the waste distiller’s grains,and has important practical significance for promoting the recycling and reuse of resources and the sustainable development of enterprises.The main research and design contents are as follows:1.According to the investigation,the distiller’s grains of Shanxi Xinghua Village Fen Liquor Factory Co.,Ltd.come from the remaining waste after the second distillation in the process of brewing Fen Liquor.The processing method is to sell it after being processed by the distiller’s grains and feed department of Fen Distillery.The public listing price is implemented,and all the products are sold to beef cattle farmers on the same day.2.The optimal conditions for the fermentation of organic fertilizer from distiller’s grains were determined:the ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 20:1~40:1,the water content was 50%~60%,the oxygen concentration was more than 5%,the temperature was 50℃~60℃,and the compound inoculum was used as inoculant.Under the optimum conditions of 61.4%concentration of Fenjiu distiller’s grains,2%inoculum of compound bacterial inoculum seed solution,35.6℃culture temperature,and initial p H value of 7.61,the maximum bacterial count of compound bacterial inoculum was 13.98×10~8CFU/g,which fully meets the requirements for the number of viable bacteria in bio-organic fertilizer,indicating that it is feasible to produce bio-organic fertilizer by distiller’s grains fermentation.3.The fertilizer efficiency test of sorghum seedling planting was designed with four treatments(respectively,no fertilizer added;naturally placed distiller’s grains added and mixed evenly;inactivated distiller’s grains bio-organic fertilizer added and mixed evenly;distiller’s grains bio-organic fertilizer added and mixed evenly),repeated three times.Indoor cultivation was adopted.The surface area of the test flowerpot was 400 cm~2,with a total of 12 flowerpots.Only one seedling was planted in each pot,and 2%bio-organic fertilizer was sprayed in the test.After 10 days,plant growth indicators were analyzed.The study showed that there was a significant difference between the treatment with distiller’s grains organic fertilizer and the blank control.The average plant height increased by 0.3 cm,the average plant weight increased by 3.1 g,and the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and chlorophyll a+b increased by 77.66%,59.22%,and73.27%respectively.This shows that the organic fertilizer has a significant effect on promoting the growth of sorghum crops and improving the quality. |
