The Risk Evaluation is to estimate safety conditions in the complex coal mineproduction system by scientific methods.It can draw a qualitative and quantificationalconclusion of risk in all levels of coal mine systems,so a safety decision-maker can findand obviate the hidden trouble in the system in time.It is an important work to improvesafety management and ensure safety production in mine.In this paper, base on fuzzy mathematics and Analytic Hierarchy Processmethod,building the Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation Method.The method can not only avoidsubjectivity of people, but also fix quantify about the result of the safetymen andexperts'analysis results.So the results are more objective and right.On the basis of principle of building a index system in this paper, to take up all kindof influence factor on laneway stability and conceived evaluation index system on lanewaystability, which considered every influencing factor on laneway safety. In this paper 22factors in 4 sides were used to evaluate the stability of laneway in coal seam and 20 factorsin 4 sides were used to evaluate the stability of laneway in rock. We used method of expertsurvey to build the membership grade of index, and then confirmed the weight by usingAnalytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). At the last conclusion was drawn by using theFuzzy Integrated Evaluation Method.This method is good at changing qualitative analysisinto quantitative analysis and making logical judgement by scientific.The combination of computer technic and risk Evaluation methods is the studydirection of Risk Evaluation in coal-mine. In the paper, The program about the FuzzyIntegrated Evaluation Method, Event Tree Analysis method and Fault Tree Analysismethod is a system of evaluation program, it can analyse accident causation, the coursefrom start to end of accident and system safety. This program acquired good effect inactual Risk Evaluation.
