Nowadays,the energy industry has developed rapidly and information technology has become a major development trend.The concept of digital mines has been repeatedly mentioned.Digital mines are the digital representation of actual coal mines.The ultimate goal is to achieve comprehensive automation of coal mines,and it is a national security system for strategic resources.It is an important cornerstone for sustainable energy development.The visualization of three-dimensional roadway in coal mines is one of the main research objects of digital mines.Visualization of three-dimensional roadway in coal mines can simulate a complex and complex coal mine traffic system,and at the same time enhance the visualization effect of digital mines and increase the working efficiency of related personnel.The main works of this article is as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the current domestic and international research status about the visualization technology of coal mine three-dimensional roadway;according to the modeling process,according to the abstraction of three-dimensional roadway in the real world as the object/element conceptual model,the spatial topological relationship of three-dimensional roadway establishes the logical data based on object-oriented.The model,combined with the spatial data structure of the three-dimensional roadway,generates a formal language that can be recognized by the computer and realizes the management of the original data of the three-dimensional roadway in the coal mine.Then,based on the AutoCAD file structure of AutoCAD,the design algorithm extracts and processes the lane centerline data,analyzes the current mainstream roadway section,and uses the roadway section to load the roadway centerline to perform 3D modeling,using polygonal lines,Catmull-Rom spline curves,respectively.The Quadratic Bezier Curve Based on De Casteljau Algorithm Optimizes the Turning Roadway.Finally,we verify the feasibility and practicability of the modeling method mentioned in the article.We use WebGL and Node.js technology to render the three-dimensional roadway with the Three.js engine to build the visualization system of the mine’s three-dimensional roadway.The system mainly includes:roadway data extraction,network Topology,3D modeling,external model display,model editing and other modules.The system aims to generate three-dimensional roadway through the two-dimensional mine road map of coal mines,which can timely respond to the changes in coal mining to the three-dimensional roadway,laying the foundation for the three-dimensional geographic information system of digital mines.
