There's a corporation located in the north of AnHui province plans to have a project of flour mill. The mill will be built in the existence field and the capacity is 600,000 tons wheat per year. The flour is special for producing gluten. Most of the wheat material will be purchased at local and transported to the mill by truck and a few others be transported by railage.This design includes plan disposal, milling workshop, packing of byproduct, storeroom, discharging room, work tower and steel silos. The main body building is milling workshop, where 600,000 tons/year wheat will be handled. The dry cleaning technics will be adopted in the cleaning section with the flow of three sifting, two scouring, two destoning, one grade and one tempering. The milling section applies the technics that the flour is extracted equably in the middle of the flow. It is complete with four break, eight reduction, two sizing, one tailing and two bran-finishing. The finished product will be offered directly to the next section as material to produce gluten. The wheat incept system be composed of the discharging room and work tower could take over 300 tons wheat per hour. The steel silos play the role of storing system whose content can reach 20,000 tons wheat.This design aims to build an industrial corporation which has reasonable functions, pleasing environment and continuable development.
