This subject is to design a production line which was to process400t soft wheat a day and achieve special cake powder and crisp biscuit powder at the same time. The main content of this design is to establish a complete set of wheat milling process including the first cleaning,cleating,milling,post-treatment of flour four parts. Then choose the facility, design the factory, assign the facility in the workshop, design the material conveying, purify the air in the production on the basis of the determinate technological process, and finally form the drawings. The drawings includ the layout drawings of the workshop facility, the elevation drawings of the workshop equipment, the drawings of set aside holes in advance, ventilation shaft side charts, the drawings of the pneumatic conveying system and part of apparatus for sample drawings. Designed the soft wheat of Anhui, Jiangsu, Xinyang of Henan as the main raw material and produced three kinds of based powder including Fl, F2, and F3. Protein content and ash content were the main basis of the foundation powder collecting.By flour processing technology,this three basis flour can be process to special cake powder and crisp biscuit powder. To make the whole process design is reasonable, the design manual descripts the process design basis and equipment selection basis, workshop equipment layout method and maind matters, calculates the flow balance adjustment and the resistance losses of low pressure and positive pneumatic conveying and balanced the resistance.
