Release paper, which can be divided as separate paper, glassine paper, candy paper, oil-proof paper according to the processing techniques and function, is widely used as fundus paper, smut paper, candy bag paper and etc. of various self-sticky paper. Most of the factories which produce release paper adopt ordinary release base paper or sticky-proof base paper, filmed by polyethylene or polypropylene and combined with silicon coated base paper to achieve sticky-proof and peel-off purpose. Firstly, this kind of paper is difficult to be biodegraded and recycled and will do harm to the environment. Secondly, this kind of paper is easy to be penetrated by impregnant and can absorb organo-silicon. It will not only consume a large amount of sorgano-silicon, but also influence the printing performance.The top grade release paper studied in this task is mainly used in the factories which produce safety towel paper, hygienic paper and so on. This article has experimented the ordinary release paper which had been wetly daubed by CMC, PVA and fluorine oil-resistance impregnant and experienced superclander. The result shows that increase pressure can help to improve the oil-resistance ability, CMC has a better oil- resistance ability than PVA1799, and PVA1799's is superior to PVA1788's, to add moderate fluorine oil-resistance impregnant is in favor of oil-resistance ability. At the same time, the paper's oil-resistance ability can also be improve by different slurry-making methods and conditions.
