The colloid gas aphrons(CGA) are microfoams produced by high-speed agitated the surfactant. This issue studied the preparation method of CGA by anion surfactant, improved on the CGA forther, separately reviewed these effective ingredients such as the concentration of SDS, the speed of agitate, the time of agitate and preparation temperature and so on, which mainly effect the stability and gassy rate. The experiment result showing that the main ingredients effected CGA's half life and CGA's gas hold-up were the concentration of SDS and the speed of agitate, and the finer condition of preparation SDS was CSDS: 2.336g/L, agitate speed: 6400r/min, agitate time: 3 min.This issue puts forward a new the combination of CGA and cyclone-staticmicrobubble column to treat with Cu( â…¡) in the waste water. The laboratory columnseparation model which corresponds with cyclone-static microbubble column was setup. Effects of pH the concentration of Cu(â…¡), the dosage of SDS , the work pressure of cycle pump of the column and medicament of flocculation on the flotation separation were studied in this issue, and colligating each operation parameter make out the orthogonal experiment of the flotation separation of Cu( â…¡) by fractional factorial, while the concentration of Cu(â…¡) 100mg/L, the dosage of flocculation 5mg, we can get a better operation parameter pH10, SDS1.1680g, pressure0.12MPa, the final removal efficiency of the Cu(â…¡) in the waste water reach 99%. According to the magnitude of extreme difference, the primary and secondary sequence of the three ingredients were pH, the dosage of SDS, the work pressure of cycle pump of the column.This issue discussed the mechanism of CGA-column flotation, and discussed the separation course of cyclone-static microbubble column, it concluded that the principle of flotation colurmn, the principle and course of selfinduction, pipe flotation and mineralization of microfoams, the liquid state of column separation stage, the principle of cyclone stage dynamics separation and strengthen the mechanism of cycle recovery of column. This issue analyze the liquid dynamics state of the compound matter Cu( II )-microfoams, and analyze the stability of microfoams and the state of the compound matter Cu(II)- microfoams going up in the water, and discussed the mechanism of CGA , Cu(â…¡) adhering to microfoams, and also discuss the course of pH , the concentration of Cu(â…¡) effect flotation.According to the theory analysis and experiment, CGA-column flotation method treading the waste-water containing Cu(â…¡) receives better effect, it is anew technology of dealing with waster water, which has wide foreground.
