Low iron of high manganese of rich-manganese slag, is the raw material of the smelting manganese iron, but because current the steel profession recession cause the rich-manganese slag sale is subjected to the certain restrict, and it`s use is single, the additional value is low, the main composition of rich-manganese slag that some company in Hunan produce is for the manganese, 30%40%; SiO2 22%and Al2O313%.So we used rich-manganese slag as raw material to prepare manganese sulphate and 4A molecular sieves. In this thesis, we study the sulfuric acid dosage, sulfuric acid density and react temperature and react time respectively in the process of lixiviating. Making sure feat lixiviated condition is that: The proportion of rich manganese slag and the sulfuric acid is 100(g):60(mL), the density of sulfuric acid is 10% , react at 90℃for 2h, the manganese lixiviate rate of manganese attained 97.85%. The methods of removal iron and other impurity in the process of producton MnSO4·H2O from rich-manganese slag are discussed in this paper. Using MnO2,H2O2 and air each other as oxidant,NH3 ?H2O,Ca(OH)2 and rich-manganese slag etc as neutralization reagent .Controlling the value of pH between 56,and the temperature between 5060℃,and heat preservation for 2 hour, then, concentrates, crystallize, dries between 100110℃for 2 hours,then get MnSO4?H2O. We make use of the solid after lixiviating the rich-manganese slag use sulfuric acid as raw material to preparing 4A molecular sieves.In this part,we make use of four different sorts method to dissolve silicon oxidize and aluminum oxidize. then, adjust the proportion of Si & Al old ,concentrate, crystallize, dry at 500℃for 1 h,then get 4A molecular sieves. We study the sorts and concentration of alkali, react time and temperature, the proportion of Si / Al/ Na, we also study the old temperature.& time ,the conditions of crystal,including the temperature , direct agent and calcine temperature. The MnSO4-H2O2 we prepared accord GB8253-87, and the quality & XRD of the 4A molecular sieves we prepared accord with the literatures, too.
