| Energy sources are the most valuable possession on the earth. Energy conservation has been a hot topic in coalmine production. Mine sewerage is an energy-hungry facility in the coal mining process. It is significant for national economy development to improve the operating efficiency of pump (the main equipment of mine sewerage) and ensure pump to work more effectively and less energy-cost. Selecting reasonably from pumps is the key to improve the operating efficiency of pumps. With the development of information technology, many shortages, such as big workload, long design cycle and inconvenient lookup, have been shown down in the conventional method of pump selection, which is can not be adapted to the request of precision and rapidity in pumpselection. Hence, it is imperative to develop the practical and fast pump selection system based on net.In order to improve the laggard status in pump selection technology, the software that can provide for pump long-distance selection service through WWW server is compiled. It starts from practical request and combines engineering with network and database technology. The program based on ASP is running on the flat of Windows 2000 Server and IIS 5.0, compiled by VBScript and JavaScript language. The system provides each design institute in the whole province or even the whole country with online service and resource sharing, running in the pattern of browse/server. It's easy to operate and has strong interactivity, which interface is perfect and simple. It is a new generation pump selection system with the function of online selection, comprehensive assessment, performance curve drawing and sample expansion together.The system, as compared with similar software at market, has more powerful function, showing strikingly itspredominance especially at the aspect of drawing characteristic curve. The author develops integrally the drawing module by combining organically the ActiveX control (coded by Visual Basic language) with the Web technology, which covers the shortage of drawing function in other similar software and improve greatly the veracity and practicability of the software.The dissertation systemically discussed the pump selection system base on the web, and elaborated the whole development process at aspects of theory basis, tech support, environmental selection, overall design, module development and system test, moreover, demonstrated and validated dependability and stability of the software though an application example. |
