| Hydrogen peroxide is a kind of green Chemical liquid ,The demand has been increasing both in domestic and overseas . Hydrogen peroxide capacity has exceeded 2.2million tons/year in China, Anthraquinone is used by most of producers. Hydrogen peroxide process with anthraquinone consists of the following steps: working-solution preparation, hydrogenation, oxidization , extraction, purification and concentration. in the process of the hydrogenation, oxidization, 2-EAQ will be changed into H4EAQ, producing by-products . Although by-products formed slowly, it will prevent working solution from preparing hydrogen peroxide. .At the same time, it will effect the quality of the working-solution. For example, resulting in increase of its density , viscosity , water in working-solution. In the past, using gas chromatogram method analysed the main compositions 2-EAQ and H4EAQ in working-solution. It does not thoroughly separate homologues(åŒç³»ç‰©) of being similar to and it`s most of boiling points of antro-quinone are higher than 300℃, but anthraquinone and by-products are thermal sensitive. It is easily remained on chromatogram column, and the lower purity of chromatogram peak ,so gas chromatogram method is suitable. This paper summarized the existing analyse method, anatomized the defect of the method and discussed the theory of high effective liquid chromatogram method by experiment, and its theory, experiment steps and method,the treatment of analysing datas and the analyse error have also been discussed. We have set up high effective liquid Chromatogram Column analyzing method for anthraquinone working-solution in hydrogen peroxide production on the basis of production and research. It used CH3OH/H2O as flowing,C8 filling chromatogram column.It thoroughly separated 2-EAQ and H4EAQ from hydrogen peroxide production and checked by ultraviolet ray visible light detector , inherent matter quantitative analysise and it has been proved veracity and precision. most of by-products is low content in antro-quinone working-solution. And it is unsteady with quality. It is easy to be isomerized ( 异构物) and polymerized,some can transfer to hydrogen with anthraquinone,so it is hard to check exactly . This item has been quantitantived analysis two kinds of by-products(EANON,EAN)by high effective liquid chromatogram and it provides some information to other by-products. The experiment analysed 2-EAQ, H4EAQ, solvent and working-solution carrier for producing hydrogen peroxide. It has quantative analgsised most of by-products to old and new working-solution by gas chromatogram, high effective liquid chromatogram, gas-mass. Spectrometer chromatogram,and have analysed the factors for effecting antro-quinone 's by -products and the effecting degree.by reaching model,supplied the methods how controlled by-products. It is connect each other between by products and production, It will be wished for controlling.so researthing the mechanism about by-product and improving the contral conditions.It is important very much that controling the by-product in the limit. It provided theory on the basis of amounts about anthraquinone by-products for eighteen thousand tons/year. hydrogen peroxide production of the SINOPEC BaLing,it offered theory on the basis of the best condition for addingantro-quinonechanging the AL2O3 and so on. It has offered aseries of a series of improved steps by analysising datas and fllowing the trackof production(for example setted up hydrogenation cycle,adding AL2O3 and so on),improved the control conditions of production.(for example contronling hydrogen 's flow,working-solution`sflow).It has offered important theories on basis of datas,and shorten the period of the new unit. |
