| Poyang Lake is the largest fresh water lake with abundant water and biology resources in China. The Poyang Lake has multiple Functions including flood control,shipping,irrigation,aquatic culture and tourism. Mutual coordination and development of social economy and environment protection is of importance for development strategy of the lake district. Water environment pollution integrate prevention and control is the object matter and major target of environment protection of the Poyang Lake. Nanchang area of Poyang Lake lies in the southern of the Poyang Lake and is one of key pollution control areas in the Poyang Lake. This thesis focuses on water pollution control plan of Nanchang area of the Poyang Lake from the angle of the areawide planning and management.Some investigation ,assesment and detection were performed in Nanchang area of Poyang Lake, such as hydrology, water quality and pollutant resources;The reference year of the plan is 2003,predictive calculation of the loading of industrial and domestic pollutions in 2010. The research result showed that the southern branch of Gangjiang River is the main pollutant resource of this area and the water pollution control is very important for Nanchang area of Poyang Lake.This area is zoned according to function to confirm pollution control target. This paper establishes two-dimension water quality model to predict water quality. The water environmental capacity in this area was simulated. Water environmental planning with reference to results of water quality forecast and water environmental capacity was proposed. The scheme of water pollution contol plan was optimized by using input/response model and divergence programming. This paper also make a suggestion for non-point pollution source contol from the angle of integrated control of this area. |
