Design And Development Of Check Print And Management System

With the coming of the internet era, the informationization process of the state government apparatus and institutional units is in-depth and popular,electronic government affairs enterprise electronic informationization financial affairs accounting thee - business have made a rapid progress,their application is extensive and mature day by day. However, the modernization process of checks in our country is uncommensurate with the rapid development of economy.The main problems exposured are:impure writing of checks arduous writing tasks low security and efficiency manpower wasting of handwork,which can easily cause the dissension between bank business department and accountable officer. In order to solve the problems above, this paper designs and develops check print and management system. I use Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2000 to develop the system. The needs of clients are as the starting point,I designs the whole system based on traffic theory of client needs,designs the database based on design theorythe of the database of MIS, all of the above is to meet the needs of clients to the best of my abilities.This paper briefly introduces the background and sense of check print and management system,emphasizes on the system development, analyses and describes elaborately the whole process from system requirement analysis module design data design detailed design to key technique realization.
