Experimental Study On Facultative Biochemical Process Treating Urban Sewage

This paper have mainly studied the facultative biochemical process in the biology/zoology combination process of treating urban wastewater. Based on the orthogonal test,we have got the most superior condition in treating urban wastewater by the facultative biochemical process:HRT=8 hour, MLSS=5500mg/ L, the organic strength of urban wastewater is 180mgCOD/L, Ns=0.098(kgCOD/ kgMLSS.d). The removing efficiency of COD can have 60-70% under the condition of normal temperature,the consuming energy only is 0.016kWh/m~3. Pass three stages of the small-scale test, we have analyzed factors of affect facultative biochemical process, such as MLSS, the organic strength of municipal wastewater, Ns, HRT, pH, T etc., and the phenomenon of emergence in the test. By to the test,the certain critical temperature of the facultative biochemical process is 13℃, the reactor need to be changed the operation mode under 13℃.
