The paper made a research on the effect of denitrogenation on the basal oil of DaQing paraffin base produced by Jin Xi branch of China Petrochemical corporation byusing TTS complexing denitrifier, and has found out the catalystoil ratio, thetemperature of complexation, the settling time of complexation and the amount ofargil added which are suitable to the our material. We also made a comparisonbetween the experimental result of argil refinement and the result of using both thedenitrifer and argil, and found out the differences between them on product quality, oilyield and wastage of argil after they are denitrided. We finally made a feasibleevaluation for the industrialization of this technology as well as a benefit evaluationfor equipment.Our experiment shows that it is quite possible for us to produce high qualitybasal oil of lubricant and enhance their stability of oxidation by using the technologyof complexing denitrogenation based on the three original sets of technics. Thistechnology can not only greatly improve the oxidation stability of the basal oil butalso greatly reduce the wastage of argil. In addition, oil yield can also be increased.
