The paper base on experiments to optimize the formulas and technique of the solidelectrolytic coating. The paper mainly studied a kind of conductive coating. The conductive coating is used asthe auxiliary anode in the use solid electrolyte realize cathodic protection. The graphite is theconductive material;and the alkyd and acrylate are the film-formers. And the influences ofconductive capability are discussed in this paper, such as the amount of graphite , the andthickness of coating. The paper gives the process of the conductive coating and it's influences.We determine the graphite as the reference electrode in the system that the protectedmetal is cathode and the coating with graphite is anode.
