Research On The Serialization Of Squeeze Casting Mold Structure

As one new molding process, Squeeze casting famous on the virtue of source saving and higher materials utilization. With the rapid development of automobile, motorcycle, aviation, and other industries, squeeze casting is acknowledged for its fine craft characteristics.However, longer design cycle and excessive working hours lead to cost relatively higher. Therefore, research on squeeze casting serialization and standardization is imperative. Only squeeze casting mould design standardization can make it faster and better development. Research on squeeze casting mould design serialization is necessary to achieve its standardization. The paper's work as follows:(1) Through advanced study on squeeze casting process craft mechanisms, analysis of squeeze casting process features, suming up the characteristics of suitable parts of squeeze casting process, classifying parts with different characteristics, this paper finds suitable structure of direct and indirect and the special squeeze casting mould. The serialization of overall structure of the mould achieves initially.(2) Through comparing and analyzing to structure of different moulds, this paper explores common characteristics and achieves serialization of the structure, including mould opening mechanism, clamping unit, stripping mechanism, core pulling mechanism and overflow and exhaust mechanism, etc.(3) Use VC++ and data-base technology, establish the search system, operate easy, has the patencied application value.(4) Take into account of the character of piston for air conditioner , design and analysed five different mold structure ,choose the reason one.The serialization and standardization of squeeze casting mould is a far-reaching work.
